Huge pot hole on George Lane next to Mountsfield Park

This pot hole and surrounding patch of road is extremely hazardous to cyclists. I nearly ended up underneath the car behind as my rear fender completely buckled when riding over it, bringing my bike to a sudden stop. It's opposite 187 George Lane, and has been there at least since June 2024, as you can see it on Google Street View. I would like to claim 160 in compensation to have the fender replaced.

Broken play equipment

This play park is dangerous and there is always something broken. The rope ladders cause injuries to hands because the wire underneath is now coming through, the zip-line has been broken for months and there are no signs of attempting to repair it, things disappear, such as the elephant, never to be replaced, the see-saw is unstable, and, perhaps most importantly, the bridge is often broken. Today my son (2 years old) fell through the bridge which is missing vital wood, and you can see exposed screws and nails in the photo attached. This really is awful and I tried calling Lewisham Council directly to discuss, but I was directed online. This really is unacceptable and must be fixed as soon as possible: my son suffered an injury thanks to the poor state of this equipment, and I do not want any other children to suffer the same fate. It could have been an awful lot worse, but we could have ended up with a trip to A&E.

This issues is like this since the windy storm and the council has done nothing about it but when my tree leaves was sticking over the fences I was sent threatening letter if not trimming council will send me to court and here we are a tree branch is broken for over a month and nobody is doing nothing I should sue council for the dangerous acts!
