Car been abandoned for 3 years

I am a resident of Fox hollow close and we have had this car R14 NYK abandoned in our very small parking area for 3 years, it might be 4 ! there are 16 houses in our close, and at least 20 cars at times, and there are not enough spaces for the residents, let alone someone having the cheek to just dump there old car, i think it must be a relative of someone who lives here, who must of said of your be okay leaving it here, except it is not okay, as quite a few of the young people here have learnt to drive and all have additional cars. So please can greenwich council come and remove this vehicle please

Constant rubbish!

Plumstead Road, by M&S and Barclays, all the way along to Sainsbury's is, a constant eye sore. The rubbish makes the, so called riverside place to live, look like a slum! It's absolutely disgraceful, we are charged a service charge, and a council tax for this to be cleaned. So where is the money going? Get it sorted! Thank you.
