There are 3 electric rental bikes dumped outside of our property. They keep falling over and are a hazard for cars parked nearby and also for pedestrians trying to use the pavement. We keep having to lift and straighten them.

Part of the road has been resurfaced but section with potholes has not This is a steep hill road and it is likely cyclists will be at higher than normal speed at this point. The road is poorly lit.
