I have been sent two emails regarding this after my first log The first said there was nothing that could be done as it was not a young tree. Still think it's dangerous but told it would be looked at during cyclical maintenance 26/27! Received another email today saying it had been repaired - it has not!

The beautiful cherry blossom hasn't been pruned since I've lived at 83 Burghley Road for 6 years. It is has grown into some telephone cables and needs to be pruned this year before it causes problems. I spoke to an arborist this year, who was pruning all the other trees on the street, and he said this one wasn't on his list. Please can we get it on a list? Thanks.

Trench outside 45 Fortess Road

The council has only fixed one of the two trenches outside 45 Fortess Road. I've tried everything to upload two photos here to showcase it, but it appears the system won't accept JPG, PNG or a PDF version of the images.
I am incredibly grateful for the council tackling one of the two trenches, but the vibrations won't stop until both are repaired.
As this issue has been ongoing for so long, could you please address the second trench so that we can resolve this problem once and for all?
