Bins bags are collected from this point weekly on Thursday mornings. This was not done again this week as in recent weeks, and there is rubbish blocking the pavement and a bag now in the street. Large bulky waste has also been placed here.

The bin chute has been blocked and filled with rubbish. The chute has been blocked from a lower level. The buildup of rubbish has now caused a foul smell in the communal area of the building which also could be smelt from inside our houses.

Subject: Request to Address Overgrown Tree Obstruction in Front of Business 74 Upper Street, Islington Dear Trees Team, My name is Shahid Islam, and I am the owner of Smoky Boys restaurant, located at 74 Upper Street, Islington, N1. I am writing to raise a concern regarding the tree located directly in front of our premises. The trees branches have become extremely overgrown and are now completely covering our shopfront signage, making it invisible to pedestrians and vehicles from both near and far. This is having a noticeable impact on our business by limiting visibility and reducing footfall. In addition, the trees placement and growth are beginning to interfere with access to the entrance, creating inconvenience for customers and passersby. I kindly request that the council assess the situation and arrange for the necessary trimming or pruning to address the obstruction, while of course preserving the health of the tree.
