Saturday host ignored guests concerns re broken shower - said to keep it running. It leaked into our flat. Guests & myself were trying to get help from him - he did not help. Had to call/pay for plumber ourselves to fix in his flat. He refuses to repay us

Litter, including what looks like dirty nappies and toilet paper, has somehow made its way onto the lawn at the rear of Touchard House. The estate cleaner never seems to touch the lawn but it's not public land so not sure who should deal with this.

Ive spent an hour clearing litter - I filled a whole black bin liner but there is still much litter around the park - can we have a clean before the weekend? Drug packets and prescription drugs scattered around the childrens play area.

Gainsborough - Fly Tipping Again

Reporting it here doesn't solve the problem that this is a regular occurrence (once or twice a week).The building employees put the rubbish on the street. Are the residents of Gainsborough exempt from bulk collection fees that the rest of the borough pay?

Massive Potholes all along city road between featherstone street and epworth street.

The Potholes are very large, busses are bouncing and when im standing in the bus i need to brace myself. The noise of busses and trucks going over this sounds like thunder. I have also cycled on this part of the road and i genuinely had to slow down to near walking pace just to stay on my bicycle.
It has been there for over one year and is getting progressively worse. I would urge you to please go and have a look, potentially get on one of the busses heading south and you will be shocked.
I know there is constantly building works in and around the area which are degrading these roads, but this must be considered for the residents of the area to at least have safe roads.
