This car parked at this landscaping from this morning at 9:00am till now and blocking my driveway too. Unfortunately many cars and vans are always parked at this location during days and nights which they are blocking at this spot and then its not able for any emergency access like police, Ambulance and Firefighters vehicles to access to ends of Mount Avenue Road. Noticed that the same ice cream van continues to illegally park on double yellow lines on corner junction of Winslow Grove & Normanton Park directly opposite Whitehall Road primary school. This is not only illegal parking on a double line bend but is potentially dangerous causing a blind spot to oncoming traffic where young children are crossing. "An accident waiting to happen"!
