Scope charity box overflowing

I already reported this over the bank holiday no 7460747 and this morning received an email saying problem was fixed but it is not. See photo taken this morning after getting email. This is a continual problem that is just not getting fixed. This clothes recycling box is full (and rarely emptied) consequently people leave piles of clothes dumped on the pavement around it. It is always being reported and the litter gets picked up but the root cause of the problem is never addressed. Scope charity or whoever controls the box need to be made to clear the box far more regularly it is really ANTI SOCIAL of them to subject residents to this eyesore. The number on the box for contact is 0207 700 1087. Southwark Council needs to OWN this problem and either get the charity to clear their box far more regularly OR ensure the eyesore overflowing box is removed from our neighbourhood
