Flood water after downpours takes long time to drain - although its a double drain. Photo taken Sunday 18th June 19.45 Flow into drain altered after last road resurfacing. This area always floods during heavy rain.

Extensive weeds
tree saplings and general detritus along the first part of The Tithings
The road gutters have not been cleaned since last autumn. Under the trees lining The Tithings, adjacent to the church car park, last years fallen leaves have rotted and now extensive and rapidly growing weeds and even tree saplings have taken hold. The problem is now exacerbated by the detritus from the spring flowering of trees along Church Road and the prevailing north/easterly winds we have experienced this year have blown all of this detritus along road gutters in The Tithings - it is all quite extensive. The road gutters and kerbs around the Church area are all in a similar state and it is really detracting from the visual amenity of the area.

Overgrown vegetation on footpath

Half of the pavement on this stretch of road is overgrown with weeds and vegetation - disabled people and people with buggies dont have enough safe space. In fact, no one has safe space on this pavement as its too close to tire road. There are wet leaves which makes walking dangerous. The bin is full.

Multiple areas of LARGE dog fouling

Large piles of dog mess along Finch Road. There must be an irresponsible owner walking their large dog (Judging by the size of the Poo!) and a regular walker in this area. May I suggest that warning signs are placed around this estate as overall it is a disgusting area for dog mess.
