The first oak on the grass verge as you come down from Ottershaw dropped a couple of large branches onto the road this evening (31/7) - these have been cleared by residents onto the verge but now need clearing away - it might also be worth checking the health of the tree and giving it a good cut back to prevent further misshaps

Deteriorated pavements exacerbated by debris due to Runnymede cleaning service withdrawn
30th July
Pavement for whole of one side of Bourneside Road has badly deteriorated. Runnymede Council have confirmed they can no longer maintain with sweeping service as pavement is breaking up. We therefore have uneven broken pavements in multiple places which are now also covered in excessive stone spillage from private drives. Is a significant trip and skid risk to pedestrians.

Tree and bushes overgrown affecting parking and damaging car

The bushes are overgrown exceeding the pavement into the parking space damaging the side of vehicles and making it difficult to park within the space. The tree is also overgrown blocking light to property and dropping sap on to vehicles below.
