Someone has dumped rubbish near the crossing. It is unsightly and not fair on the children that have to walk to school and see this in the local area. Belvedere is terrible and the council tax goes no where to fix these issues.

Abandoned Car for over 1 month

I am writing on behalf of residents on Park Gardens regarding a vehicle that appears to have been abandoned. The car has been parked in the same spot for over one month and has not moved during this time.
We have spoken with neighbours and the local garage, and all have confirmed that the vehicle does not belong to them. It is currently blocking access to number 19, whose resident is elderly and has ongoing health issues. This is causing distress and inconvenience. Additionally, parking is already limited on Park Gardens, and the vehicle is occupying a space needed by residents.
Could this please be investigated as a potentially abandoned vehicle? The details are as follows:

Rubbish piling up in shared alleyway/garage area that is causing access issues and debris causing punctures to vehicles.

The rubbish has now been there for around 2 months and is continuing to grow waiting for the owners of the rubbish following work to their homes (11/11A St Pauls Road, Erith, DA8) to remove it. It is an obstruction and is causing debris which is damaging vehicles and encouraging others to dump their rubbish in the alley. The workers told us the owner would be removing the rubbish but it is still there. It is impacting all those who use the area for parking and accessing their properties.
