Tree struck by bus and left in footpath

Last week the tree by the bus stop was struck by a local bus. The fire brigade attended to the tree and cut it back at the time of the event. However they left a sizable branch overhanging the verge and protruding in the footpath which has still not been removed. They also left a lot of redundant tree vegetation in the verge area. This needs to be attended to by the council to o avoid someone tripping over or a child striking their leg on the bit obstructing the path. The cut back tree vegetation should also be collected to avoid attraction of vermin

Reed growing next to the tree

A few months ago a reed started growing next to the tree situated next to bus stop 'T' on Bexley Road, Erith.
This reed has grown a lot bigger and has just started to produce flowers.
The reed needs to be removed so it doesn't take all the water away from the tree and affect the trees growth.

Overhanging trees spilling onto pathway

There is lack of a pathway, it is taken up by the trees/bushes. When it is wet, you have to walk in the mud if you need to get by, or have to give way for people coming towards you. You are too close to the road doing this which isn't safe. You cannot get past without someone giving way. I nearly slipped when it rained having to walk on the mud. It's been a problem since 4 years. It needs sorting please
