Food rubbish from yesterday all over the road
and garden waste from the A2 chucked over the fence
No waste paper bins collected, should have been done yesterday. Whole of road missed just been down and picked up one house 8:15 Wednesday morning. Graffiti on both side of A2 and under bridges report over a year ago its still there, and getting more and more. Seems they were cutting weeds on the A2 last night, instead of taking them away they threw them over the railings into Basing Drive. Steps leading down from Arbuthnot to Basing still closed of, with no work being done, third year running

The cleaning van arrived this morning and didnt even clean the street probably . Loads of leaves and dirt and litter has been left . He could have easily reached these areas on the street with his vehicle but didnt do this.

Tree struck by bus and left in footpath

Last week the tree by the bus stop was struck by a local bus. The fire brigade attended to the tree and cut it back at the time of the event. However they left a sizable branch overhanging the verge and protruding in the footpath which has still not been removed. They also left a lot of redundant tree vegetation in the verge area. This needs to be attended to by the council to o avoid someone tripping over or a child striking their leg on the bit obstructing the path. The cut back tree vegetation should also be collected to avoid attraction of vermin
