Alley way needs cleaning and tree needs to be cut back

There is an alley way next to number 58 highland road, there is one down the side of the house and also one at the back of the house so people can access their gardens. These alley ways desperately needs clearing of rubbish and shrubs and there is a large tree at the back which is causing damage to number 58 garden fences and paving. photos will be sent via email and can this please be looked into urgently.

Tree is extremely tall and
if fallen
To my knowledge the tree had never been pruned. It would certainly destroy part of my house if fallen. Also the route system I believe is going under my house. The trunk is tied to my elderly neighbours fence with string. The tree is located on Clare Way, Bexleyheath and is directly behind my and my direct neighbours gardens. This has been an issue for several years but the teee just grows and becomes more of a danger each year.

a metal seat and a ladder at the back of 6 Lakeside Close by the path of the alley way which requires removing.
Fly tipping of rubbish including black sacks, a metal seat and a ladder at the back of 6 Lakeside Close by the path of the alley way which requires removing. Resident is worried about this as the ladder was moved to the side of her house by her side gate and this was then moved back to where it was originally, as she is elderly and lives on her own.

Danson splash pad surrounding grass area

The splash pad has recently had major funding and works carried out, yet the surrounding grass area is covered in very hard mud with large stones. That surrounding area is where the parents sit while the kids play. Kids running back and forth to the splash pad have to now run across hard dangerous soil with large chunks of stones and even glass fragments exposed. This wasnt like this before the works. Also the works temporary fences are still laying around on the floor causing obstruction to kids running about.

Shattered glass left on pavement. Litter left on concourse. Concourse is in a terrible state uneven concourse due to damage. Dangerous under foot. This shouldnt have been left today! No refuge sweepers today! Why hasnt the concourse been fixed outside the Thai message shop in a state. Someone could easily trip.

Vehicle parked on concourse outside animal protection charity shop

This vehicle Is parked every Sunday outside the animal rescue charity shop in Pickford lane. I think the car belongs to the bottle shop owner or newsagents owner/worker but shouldnt be on pavement concourse! They park it and leave it there all day. The reg plate no is clearly shown in the photo. This is against the law.

Large amounts of litter along the whole road

This matter has been reported numerous times. The whole right side of road as you go up Lodge Hill is covered with unsightly litter, dumped black sacks, bottles, cans etc. it is disgusting. The road is split between London Borough of Bexley and Greenwich council
