Abandoned clamped Ford Van HF67 ZRT

This blue transit van with parking tickets and a clamp has been abandoned since April 2025 - over 2 months. It has not moved since and parked very badly to hedge. Full of rubbish inside. Bexley council please arrange for this van to be towed and removed please. There is a notice stuck to driver's window also.
I called Police and they have informed me that it is Bexley's council's responsibility to deal with this abandoned vehicle. I reported this earlier and case was just closed with no action. BEXLEY COUNCIL please liaise with the Met Police to remove this abandoned clamped vehicle.

I reported problem on 2 June, had confirmation email on 2 June confirming it had been fixed which it gas not been fixed, admittedly the brown bin has been removed but as for garden rubbish stuffed behind IT green box and bricks and stones on pavement is still there. As well as garden rubbish behind IT green box there is also an old washing air dryer. As I instructed before this is at bottom of Budleigh Crescent on right hand side of road at junction with exmouth road, rubbish runs along side of 18 exmouth road.

The timing of the traffic lights are dangerous
12th June
When a bus (SL3 or B11, for example) are turning right at the traffic light, they take up the whole road. Two cars typically fit behind the bus after crossing the solid white line for the traffic light. However, many times the buses are unable to turn until the light goes red. This causes the two cars that are already past the solid white line to be stuck as the next set of lights for a different side of the road has already gone off, as there isnt much time for the two cars already in the road to clear the road. Therefore, there should be a larger delay in timing for the traffic lights to switch from red to green on the other side to avoid this issue. This is an issue I happen to see often whenever passing this junction.
