8 x rubbish bags full of nitrous oxide containers dumped

We witnessed 4 x individuals dumping the rubbish sacks full of nitrous oxide canisters (and balloons etc) behind the electrical cupboard opposite 29 Regency Way and in the alleyway next to 48 Regency Way by the garages. The vehicle photographed picked up one of the females who dumped the bags. There were two females and two males approximately 20 years old and the driver was a white male approximately 40 years old. This has happened before in the same location. This was at 09:40-09:43 on Sunday 10/08/25

Unauthorized Parking in My Designated Space

It has been over a month since this vehicle has been parked in my designated parking space. Despite our polite request, placed as a note on the vehicle, asking the owner not to park there, the car continues to occupy the spot.
Additionally, it appears that the vehicles owner has attempted to remove our spot number.
I kindly request your assistance in having this vehicle removed from my parking space so that I may resume using it as intended.

This tree is growing extensively over the walkway and onto my drive. It's dropping a substantial amount of fruit, which is getting walked into the house, and I have had complaints from neighbours. It needs trimming on the walkway side, but probably all over. The tree is located directly outside my house which is 14 Cranbrook Road. It's been an issue for a couple of years.

The hedge at 74 Mayplace Road East is protruding onto the road, it makes passing with a motorised scooter and buggy impossible. Have tried knocking but no answer. We have to go out in the road to get by and it's very dangerous as it is on a busy corner.
