This is an access road for residents which should be accessible from both ends (Wellfield - Larksfield) however the access from Wellfield is now becoming increasingly overgrown and is not being maintained by either the council or homeowners on the left hand side (not sure who is responsible) cars are now unable to pass through from the wellfield end, making access increasingly difficult

Tree appears to be diseased.
9th October
I spoke to the gentleman who was in the van and said they would remove the branch from the road. I think the tree is diseased as several branches have fallen from it in the last 18 months or so- this is the largest so far. Can you please pass this to the Tree Officer for his opinion. thank you
