Random wrong messages on signs

The electronic signs on the A2 coastbound carriagway between Bluewater and Gravesend look like they are faulty - random low speed limits, lane closures and wrong messages are being displayed differently on each set of gantries causing drivers to swerve and likely to cause an accident. One of the Peabody vehicles pictured here is continuously parking on the junction between Lingfield Avenue and Dewlands Avenue. This obstructs the view for vehicles leaving or entering Dewlands Avenue and poses a hazard with seeing oncoming traffic. In the UK, you should not park within 10 meters (32 feet) of a junction, unless you are in an authorized parking space in accordance of rule 243 of the Highway code. This rule is in place to ensure that drivers and pedestrians have a clear view of the road. Please do not park here again.

Lots of litter including large plastic sheeting and abandoned traffic cones along side of road, on central reservation as well as many toppled abandoned traffic cones outside of central reservation barrier. The litter appears to have been present for a while.
