I'm reporting this continuing problem at this end of the close. Also, I want to state that the previous complaint ref: 6835166 is wrong on my part (No. 28) as anything I've needed to be removed I have paid the Council for. Also, I'm disabled and the only time I go out is to get shopping, go to church (both via taxi due to my limited mobility) and Hospital via Ambulance.

Antisocial behaviour

We, residents of Elstree Gardens and Kingswood Avenue of Belvedere would like to raise our concern about the person who lives at 39 Kingswood Avenue, Belvedere, DA17 5HN.
He comes to drink his alcohol almost every day, urinates and always leaves his rubbish in the woods or in front of our properties. Children are passing there and glass bottles he leaves behind are eventually crashed and this is also where our pets are around. He is always there, some 100m - 300m from entrance from Kingswood Avenue. I have attached findings for last 4 days.

Dumped builders waste

Resident reporting at the back of Erith Road there are garages and a dead end as no name there is a lot of flytipping, bricks, earth bits of concrete & iron, builders waste all dumped there. The Exact location is a turning off Erith Road into Rutland gate at the back, as you go go down Rutland gate you go past by road turn left into upper Holly Hill Road

Hole near kerb
getting bigger
There has been a hole in the road,near the kerb outside 40/42 maximfeldt road. This has been here for a few years, but now seems to be getting bigger,. This morning it's raining and the rain is pouring down this hole and just disappearing. Which is a bit concerning. If it was just a small hole it would fill with the water, not just vanish, so could be possibly washing the soil/ ground away under the tarmac

Abandoned untaxed vehicle

A black Volkwagen Golf car Registration LY59EFB has been parked on the road in the same position without moving for at least 6 weeks, possible longer. It is outside number 8 Morvale Close , Belvedere. None of the immediate local residents know the car and we believe it has been dumped.
It appears that it's tax ran out on 1st June 25.
We would appreciate it being moved.

Bins left on pavements both sides of Mayfield Road

Too many residents are leaving their bins out on the pavements causing obstructions. A wheelchair cannot pass these bins. Bins are supposed to be placed in gardens after collections but these are left out on the pavement permanently. It is against the rules and is unsightly in a residential street.

Rubbish left on road by no 25

This started with building materials beinf delivered and dumped on road taking up 2 parking spaces. Now the rubbish left over has been left in the road taking up a parking space. The residents of 25 Mayfield are also advertising their business with a big billboard on the front bay window. This is a residential street not a commercial trading area. This causes an obstruction to parking in an already busy street with only street parking. It has been going on for at least 3 months. It has been reported before. It is an unsightly obstruction and attracting rodents.
