The issue is with the teenagers at the moment they are using the fence similar to a volleyball net and they're climbing on it and it's too old and unstable to take their weight. Several of the upright struts have rusted and rotted through with the weight of them climbing over. The whole fence is now starting to buckle. This is located in Stevens Park straight behind St Michael's School.
