Pole outside my house

This pole was put in last week without any consideration to ask us as the home owner if this would be ok. I understand there is for the permits but this causes an obstruction outside my house and also an eyesore. We are looking into getting a drive put in which now causes complications due to the nature of where the pole has been placed. Also the cement on the pathway is not secure and the pole is wobbly. I have two children under 5 and if this was to fall on them! I would like the pole removed and placed elsewhere. We already have a lamp post which the permit sign could be added on to instead.

This tree is not growing straight - it has been like this for a number of years, there appears to have been an attempt to support the tree in the past but the posts are loose and the strap is now broken and the tree continues to grow sideways. Can this be fixed please and the tree better supported?

Waste bin full.
30th July
Recently Bexley Council have installed waste bins at the bus stops along Crossway. Did Bexley schedule any emptying of these bins. There are now all full and the rubbish is now on the floor around the bins. This affect all the bus stop bins along Crossway. These bins can't have been emptied for a very long time, if ever. They can't all fill to overflowing in a few weeks.

Yellow lines have worn away and now cars are parking both sides of Lensbury Way including on the corners. Cars entering Lensbury Way now have to back out to let other cars exit the road. A lorry or dust cart would have great difficulty turning the corner
