Large amount of fly tipping in alleyway
29th June
My partner and I are property hunting and viewed a house on this road. In the alleyway, we found a large amount of fly tipping. It looks like it's either from the owner of 8 High St or other people are dumping this crap in his/her parking space.
It's a terrible shame because we loved the property. Yet this fly tipping is an eyesore and a blight on the community. It's also a serious health hazard. There's a broken toilet and discarded nappies there! God know what else has been dumped there.
There's also two large purple recycling bins round the back that look like they haven't been emptied for months. They're absolutely full to the brim.
We noticed these issues on 21st June and they were still here on 28th. It's likely it's been going on for far longer.

Is this now a 24 hour allotment. Why are businesses ie Smith & Brock working on allotment late at night and persons in there at 1am ish in morning. Only for more activity at 6:45am. It is about time this was turned into a proper allotment not a shanty town that it has become

Large tree fell down at the back of our garden damaging fences and landing into rear of garden which we wasn't aware of until we started to clear out the back of our garden. The tree is on council property and is part of the knoll road allotment.

This was caused by a gang oy young people (teenagers or younger?) who have generally been making a nuisance of themselves in the woods and Haddon Grove generally. Have video of these kids but not when they actually caused the damage regrettably but I know it was them.

Appallingly overgrown trees and shrubs
27th June
I was told by the council tvst tvey would always ensure a 3 metre gap between the woods and the property at 13 festival close - all the trees and bushes are vastly overegrown once again. There are x2 dead trees too! The lady who lives at no 13 is 89 yrs old and is unable to cut back overgrown foliage herself. The council used to do this regularly but why has this stopped??. They cut the tiny grass area but Rutland Shaw is so overgrown, its appalling. Can something please be done about this?
