Over five months ago, the fence collapsed, making it difficult to move around and putting out trash cans for collection. This is gate number 131. As someone with significant mobility issues, I cannot put out bins. I cannot move. I pay my rent and council tax regularly. Why am I having such trouble living? I'm asking Crewe City Council for help in resolving the problem. Why isn't the council monitoring the resolution of the problem? Why is it so difficult to check if it's been fixed? Do I need to seek help from the MP's office?

Pile of black household waste bags flytipped in street. These were dumped the day after the recycling bins were emptied. Whoever has dumped them doesnt know what waste goes out on each week or simply dont care.
Please ask enforcement officers to investigate the bags to try and identify the culprits to engage and educate please.

This problem was reported several weeks ago with the bins overflowing at the front of the house, which is a HMO. The recycling bin has been sorted out but the general waste bin is overflowing and not been emptied for over a month. Again today its not been put out for emptying.

Alley way out 162 Walthall street

Drain at 162 Walthall street slow drainage. Attempted to use rods to unblock. Looked in the alley way to see this drain full to the brim. Car oil poured down the drain by someone and bricks and a plastics bottle which was blocking causing backup flood into my garden. Managed to get my son to clear the drain out but it still remains very blocked. I am report on behalf of my Dad who lives at the address.
