House directly behind mine
7th June
The tree is over grown, it hangs over my greenhouse and next door neighbours shed, it is only getting bigger, it is probably 10 meters now, it blocks light into my house. It is so big now I think I have to let my house insurance know. If branches fall it will come down on my greenhouse house and it over hangs all of my neighbours shed as well

Walker Close
30th May
Both gullys in this street have been blocked for years, I have reported in the past and told they will be cleared and despite being told they have been done they havent. The furthest one I have unblocked myself in the past as the water was getting close to my garage but this time I cant clear it. (See photo). This is the water that collects after light rain, after heavy rain its creeping up my drive towards my garage. As I have reported this several times over the last few years and no action was taken should my garage and garden flood I will be claiming for any damage caused.

A Conditions of Signs problem has been found
28th May
Issue initially reported to CEC reference 7499800 but CEC could not see the issue as they considered it from a road safety perspective rather than a residents perspective hence being reported again under advice to our local Councillor, Alison Heler.
The sign is abandoned in the verge / hedgerow. The supporting frame is behind the sign and already obscured due to the ever growing hedge. Over time the sign itself will disappear from view. There will then be a risk to either CEC or contractor when they come to cut the hedge / verge of damaging expensive equipment.
This sign, and frame, are just one example of numerous temporary signs left abandoned by contractors once they have completed whatever roadworks were being tackled. The cost of these signs will eventually fall to the residents and I'm keen to avoid the cost of waste and subsequent removal of waste.
Given the circumstances I ask CEC to review this report and issue and arrange removal before it does become a safety issue.

18th May
The road edge has fallen in creating large potholes. Road users are then going into the middle of the road towards oncoming traffic to avoid. If they dont avoid, then their vehicle could get seriously damaged or lean over and damage the fence.
