Construction type material plus copious amounts of household material (in back ground of picture) have been dumped at this location. Sadly needing to ask CEC to, yet again, deploy resources to tidy up.

This area is covered in weeds (a crop plant really spread from nearby fields). Each year it is growing stronger and spreading to other grass verges, gutters and peoples gardens in surrounding streets. In the worst area it is covering up pavement hazards such as broken and uneven paving slaps and damaged manhole covers. It is making the area looked unkempt and neglected.

A couple from the social houses at the top of Halliwell Court let their Rottweiler foul on the grass and didn't bother to pick it up even when they saw people commenting. I saw them go into their house.

Moston between the exit of Field of Dreams and Crow's Nest Canal Bridge
Road flooded and covered in mud opposite entrance to Field of Dreams. This was mentioned in a report submitted on 28th May. CEC sent a reply at 3.07 pm on 3rd June indicating work in relation to the enquiry is now complete and the report is closed. 2 Hours later a further report was submitted by a different person complaining about the state of the road at this location. Today the road still has mud which has been dragged from the exit of Field of Dreams and further along opposite the permitted entrance to Field of Dreams the road is flooded and the grid blocked by mud from the tippers leaving the Field of Dreams. Recently a soakaway on the opposite side of the road was installed by CEC Highways which only works when there is not heavy rain. The road is in a mess and CEC Highways indicating work has been done to fix it is ridiculous. The grid needs to be cleaned and a road sweeper employed.

That is tipping being carried out in the field and the volumes of the vehicles visiting the field to do the tipping is carrying mud from the field onto the road, there is no effort being made to clean the highway and as such presents, a danger to any vehicles travelling along Warmingham lane, by means of being able to cause an accident

Moston .Side of road opposite Sleepy Meadow Pet Cematary
A large amount of household and black bin rubbish dumped at side of road. This does warrant an investigation, 1 address and 2 names clearly visible on a cardboard box and black bag.
Why would rubbish from Mow Cop be brought to Moston to be tipped ? Has the householders hired a man and a van, disregarding Householders Duty of Care ? Is there another reason? This type of tipping is happening frequently in Moston, now is the time to enforce !

Moss Lane. Outside Rubber Manufacturing Services
29th May
The footpath has no usable surface. It has deteriorated to a point where it is just loose soil, sand and stone. Collects and holds water every time it rains. This section of footpath is regularly used by pedestrians walking along Moss Lane heading towards London Road and the Fox Inn. Previously reported but Cheshire East came back with does not present an immediate risk, which is clearly incorrect.
