Been totally blocked for some time, when it rains the water just washes over the blocked grid and causes a deep pool around the corner. Cars can't avoid driving through it and splashing pedestrians!

For over 12 months now the hedges are overhanging the foot path and when a car is parked it makes it too narrow to be able to pass on the footpath. The owner of the house is aware of the issue but is doing nothing as she is slightly senile
