Overgrown edging blocking drains

It appears Rugby BC no longer maintain the road edges throughout wolston and in this spot on particular there are some big plants growing. In this area it often floods in heavy rain, and with the foliage growing and blocking the routes to the drains, it's going to exacerbate the flooding next time it rains heavily.
