On grass verge opposite No.16 Spring Hill there is a dead tree which is leaning into the road. After the winds the other day it is leaning more and a large branch has already fallen off, everyday it looks like it's leaning more and could fall at any time. As above there is a foul sewage smell coming from the drain gully outside no.12 Fourfields Way, I think a couple more of them smell as you can smell it by them also. Needs sorting as it's very unpleasant
