Bow of tree leaning into carriageway.
15th July
A bough of a tree is leaning precariously towards the carriageway on this busy trunk road. It has already been hit by HGV as you can see by the bark missing. Larger vehicles are having to swerve to avoid breaking mirrors. If it falls any further it will be worse. Please note you will not notice this in a small car. HGV mirrors are approx 6ft to 7ft from road surface.

Road surface
3rd July
There are 2 areas that need repairing as the road surface is breaking down and pot holes are forming. One area is in the nearside lane and the other area is in the outside lane. They are about 20/30 mtrs apart from each other. Direction is heading away from Stonebridge Island.

These bays are regularly used by non blue badge holders and drivers are often abusive to anyone pointing out their "mistake". Need repainting and enforcing more regularly.

Two potholes in left hand lane of Birmingham Road A45 Westbound
11th June
Two potholes, in left hand lane of Birmingham Road A45 westbound, just before slip road onto Maxstoke Lane. Pot holes appear to have gotten deeper recently: one is longer than the other, with its length in the direction of traffic. Could be quite dangerous to a motorcyclist.

Overloaded bin blocks pavement every monday
9th June
This bin apparently belongs to the indian restaurant at the other end of the row of shops, it is left blocking the pavement every Monday. It is always too full so the lid won't close and it absolutely sticks.

Traffic light facing away from traffic A45-A452 Stonebridge Island
2nd June
Location: A45-A452 Stonebridge Island, North West corner. Problem: Traffic light normally facing traffic approaching A452 northbound slip road off the island is facing east (away from traffic) instead of south (towards oncoming traffic). Light is not visible to traffic in center lane if view of left and right hand side lights is obscured. Duration: At least 4 weeks.

Many Potholes that have not beenfixed for months and months
30th May
There two large goups of potholes on the slip road onto the A45. They have been there for months. I can't remember a time when there was not any. This creates a dangerous situation when merging with traffic traveling at speed. While you are joining the A45 you are forced to keep one eye on the potholes. I would expect it would be potentially lethal after dark in the rain.
