Pickford Green Lane and turning head at bottom of road is covered in mud from the constantly leaking manhole
22nd July
The whole of Pickford Green Lane and especially the turning head at the bottom of Pickford Green Lane is filthy and caked in mud and needs to be professionally cleaned. This is due to the constantly leaking manhole located outside the Land Rover staff car park entrance/Breheny compound office and has been reported separately but Severn Trent have not repaired the manhole which leaks profusely whenever there is rainfall.

Plastic
bags and other items again!
There is a fly tipper living in the cul de sac (one of the flats/maisonettes) right opposite this dump site. This rubbish has been here for weeks again. Surprised none of your street workers have reported it or stopped to load it on to their trucks! Why keep driving past it after emptying local bins!?

Non collection of bins
20th June
The ordinary refuse (green lid) bins were not collected on weds 6th June. Since then numerous households have called and messaged the council. The excuses have included bad access due to parking, lack of drivers etc. The only consistent comment has been "leave the bins out, we'll get to them". As of 20th June, no action at all.
