Large chunks of missing tarman around drain

A large & growing pothole around the drain. deep enough to damage bikes and maybe unseat the rider. There's also a whole length of tarmac along this section of road (between this pothole & school street, where a trench was dug & filled in) where chunks are missing leaving a lot of holes.

The hedge that borders the bungalow is overgrown on to the pavement. It is a thorny hedge and cut me as I tried to walk through. When cars are parked in the layby there isn't enough room to walk on the path so you must walk in the road into oncoming traffic
