Bank encroaching and overgrown - pathway not usable - have to walk in road on a blind bend
16th July
There will be a pedestrian injury/fatality. Because the bank is slipping and it is now overgrown (eg hedge/nettles) people have to walk in the road. The road in question is a blind-bend where cars travel at 20-40mph - a fatality / accident is only a matter of time. Hasnt been addressed in any way for as long as I can remember.

This pothole has been here for over 2 years and is gradually getting worse, it causes vehicles to skid when turning into Blue Lane. I also saw someone get a tyre blowout today (29/05/21) after they hit the pothole so this needs sorting ASAP.

Temporary Traffic lights not working - dangerous
10th May
The temporary traffic lights set up at this location are not operating properly traffic is likely to collide. People are taking unnecessary risks trying to navigate a single lane when both lights are stuck on red. I've tried to contact Severn Trent on the phone and online but I have had no response. If this issue goes unfixed someone is likely to have a bad accident in the next couple of hours.
