Public footpath not accesible due to vegetation

There is a public footpath connecting Merln close with Quinton road and is not accesible due to lack of maintenance. You cannot use it due to the vegetation taking over. The lack of maintenance prevents people for using it.

Neighbour continues to park over driveway

Our neighbour continues to park over our driveway despite us asking several times for them to stop. It makes reversing off the drive incredibly difficult, previously Ive almost hit their car just trying to get out of my own driveway. It also is an issue for us when we have visitors coming as its a terrace street, so we get our guests to park over our driveway, blocking our own car in to save space on the street, but when our neighbours continue to take us the space and refuse to move, it makes this not an option.

Large number of speeding motorists

Because of the roadworks on the A45 - large numbers of motorists - many hundreds a day - are turning into Cannon Park Rd as a bypass. I would say more than 95% of them are speeding - practically everyone doing more than 30 mph, but a significant proportion are well over 35-40 mph as they're trying to get round the roadworks as soon as possible.

Hawthorn hedge growing across narrow footpath

Hedges are blocking the pavement on coniston road.

The hedges by the old Clarence pub on coniston road have grown so much that they are completely covering the pavement and you cannot get around without crossing the road or going into the road and around the cars. I'm able-bodied so it's not really a problem for me but there are people with sight disabilities, mobility issues and also parents with push chairs on the road so it would really benefit them if it was cut back so they could pass.
I would also raise that the trees from the car park are also in danger of doing the same thing as they are growing now right into the road.

Needs to be moved
hazard for wheelchair/ pushchair users
Because the sign has been positioned in the centre of the pavement, it makes it really difficult to get past with a wheelchair or pushchair. Especially when a car is illegally parked next to it. Sometimes it forces wheeled users onto the road which raises the risk. If the sign could be moved to the edge it would give more space for pedestrians and wheeled users to get by.
