Neighbour continues to park over driveway

Our neighbour continues to park over our driveway despite us asking several times for them to stop. It makes reversing off the drive incredibly difficult, previously Ive almost hit their car just trying to get out of my own driveway. It also is an issue for us when we have visitors coming as its a terrace street, so we get our guests to park over our driveway, blocking our own car in to save space on the street, but when our neighbours continue to take us the space and refuse to move, it makes this not an option.

Large number of speeding motorists
14th June
Because of the roadworks on the A45 - large numbers of motorists - many hundreds a day - are turning into Cannon Park Rd as a bypass. I would say more than 95% of them are speeding - practically everyone doing more than 30 mph, but a significant proportion are well over 35-40 mph as they're trying to get round the roadworks as soon as possible.

Blocked dropped curb

Existing works to improve the crossing is causing issues for users. The works have implemented path diversions with zero regard to wheeled users. Path diversions have no dropped curbs or ramps rendering them useless to anyone on wheels.

Overgrown shrubbery

On all the pavements around on the left and right the shrubbery is so overgrown that you cant walk with your child, dog or get a pushchair through anymore. Its dangerous to walk on the road as there are also parked cars there usually.

Overgrown hedgerow reducing footpath widthe by 50%
5th May
Overgrown hedgerow from garden of 2a Fletchamstead Highway is not being properly maintained, and has been allowed to grow across the pathway.
This has reduced the combined footpath and cyclepath by up to 50% of it's width. This makes it almost impossible for bikes to pass pedestrians on this stretch. When additional diversion signage is erected on the footpath it's barely possible to squeeze through.
The problem continues to a lesser extent around the corner into Kenilworth Road. The landlord of 2a seems only to maintain this hedgerow when a complaint of this kind is submitted.

Tree needs pruning
2nd May
Tree needs pruning as branches getting very close to house and squirrels live in tree and dont want them jumping onto roof. Also their runs inside the tree are weakening its core and we dont want branches coming down in gales and hitting people or house.

No right turn on traffic light

As you approach Coventry on the Kenilworth Road there is no right turn filter on the traffic lights, only lets two or three vehicles through as traffic leaving Coventry going straight on has priority and blocks the junction, causing unnecessary delays.
