Overgrown hedges
brambles & stingers near school. My twin toddlers have scratched faces
Overgrown hedges with brambles & stingers encroaching the already narrow path. When parents cats are parked all down that side of the road at drop off & pick up for Ilmington School, its impossible to walk on the pavement there without being whipped by brambles or stung by nettles. Theres no footpath the other side of Back St so 100+ school children plus parents & younger siblings walk there every school day, its dangerous. The hedges need cutting well back from the pavement & roadside

Water coming through tarmac

Reported several times over 3 years water is pushing through the centre of the road on Foxcote Hill. This has been tested by Severn Trent water who claim it is stream water and not a domestic water supply. The road surface is disintegrating and a continuous flow of water streams down the hill.

Multiple deep potholes - in excess of 8 individual holes more than 6 inches deep and all about the size of a dustbin lid
30th January
The potholes in this area are extremely dangerous to car drivers, cyclists, walkers, livestock, horses and dogs. Subsequently the grass to the other side of the (single track road) has also been churned up. The issue has been ongoing for over 3 weeks! This really should be fixed ASAP before a member of the public suffers a critical accident.

Large farm dog on footpath running up to walkers
23rd September
A large Alsatian dog on the footpath off lead belonging to the farm . Its came up to my small dogs (both on a lead) and chased them and snapped at one . The farmer eventually called it back but made no apology and then let it run at my dogs again . I even shouted help as I was extremely concerned for the safety of my much smaller dogs . A very scary incident

Broken surface on pavement Front St. Ilmington
21st June
Bad state of repair at the path at either end of Front St stretch where it meets Peggys Lane and Valenders Lane. In both cases the surface is breaking up with a short steep section onto the road/lane surface with no proper dropped curb, making it dangerous to negotiate, especially for pushchairs, wheelchairs, rollators, etc. This situation is not new but has recently been the cause of fall by an elderly resident using a rollator.
