Neighbour continues to park over driveway

Our neighbour continues to park over our driveway despite us asking several times for them to stop. It makes reversing off the drive incredibly difficult, previously Ive almost hit their car just trying to get out of my own driveway. It also is an issue for us when we have visitors coming as its a terrace street, so we get our guests to park over our driveway, blocking our own car in to save space on the street, but when our neighbours continue to take us the space and refuse to move, it makes this not an option.

Your operatives were at the interchange last week but seem not to have seen these obstructions? Rubbish from the HMO on pavement, all over front garden bins overflowing. Waste left on pavement. Council should warn Landlord of failure to dispose of waste correctly. Bins on pavement on a weekend??? Obviously wont get emptied because of overfill lids not closed. This property is an ongoing problem
