20 inch pot hole causing damage to cars
13th January
Unsure how long the pot hole had been here however after speaking to the neighbours they advised it had been here a while and they have already submitted a complaint. (17 baginton road). After doing school run, I drove over the pot hole not realising it was there due to hole being filled with rain water and it has caused my tyre to pop. This has resulted in a wheel replacement which unfortunately cannot be replaced until the following working day causing a huge inconvenience.

St thomas court risk to life and property.

New gates have been installed outside St Thomas Court flats. A fob is required to trigger the gates to open whether youre a pedestrian or parking on site. Which is great for security until you think of deliveries or worst case scenario the ability of emergency services requiring access to the property. Many of the residents being elderly and living alone! There is no onsite warden at any time and not easily contactable by phone either. MIDLAND HEART FOUNDATION please sort this out.

Parked cars in front of driveway

As you can see from the photos I have attached people park their cars in front of driveways throughout the day or night and walk off somewhere, which causes an inconvenience for the tenants that live in the building as they can not leave their own driveways at all.
It is a big inconvenience as if there is an emergency someone needs to tend to they cant go.

How do these shops get away with dumping ALL of their rubbish on the public pavement?
Used to be nice up Ball hill, now it's like a third world country, it's like this ALL the time. People need fining & enforced shop closures to stop this.
Also, recently you've spent thousands painting NEW parking restrictions along this stretch of road, what was the point? No one enforces that either, it's a free for all down there like most of the City.
