Illegal parking on junction stopping wheelchair access and safe junction usage

This Citroen parks here frequently. We have visitors to the house who are wheelchair bound and cannot safety access our street (Swan Meadow) from Claypitts boulevard (street the car is parked on). Our visitor then has to cross the street 3 times to access our house when they should have safe and fair use of the path.
Secondly, this car blocks visual access for motorists assessing oncoming traffic from the west of claypitts boulevard and near misses are common when there are oncoming vehicles coming but cannot be seen.

Willow tree hindering public footpath
23rd July
On the footpath netween a4189 and Warwick Racecourse, a big branch of a willow tree next to Gogg Brook has broken, so large parts of.foliage/smaller branches are partially blocking the footpath (you have to move foliage out of the way to get past)

Awful litter between J15 M40 & J3A M42 BOTH north and southbound

There is an awful amount of litter for most of the stretches between J15 M40 & J3A M42 BOTH North and Southbound down the side of the motorway. Southbound also has a large number of large blown out tyres and all of the rubbish both north and southbound is a hazard, potential fire risk, handful to wildlife and looks awful. Nothing has been done about this for months, please can you resolve.

Broken traffic light bulbs

I have counted at least 10 non operational bulbs as I drove around part of the Longbridge traffic island this morning. The island as you will know is an extremely busy major road junction which sits above junction 15 of the M40. This is the third time in the last few years that I have reported this problem. You are always quick to respond and resolve. Surely there must be more resilient bulbs on the market these days? Many thanks

Multiple traffic lights not working
31st March
Multiple traffic lights ont his roundabout are not fully working - this has been the case for at least 6 months.
It is becoming increasing likely that a collision will occur as you cannot see what the traffic lights are displaying until you are right up to them due to the nature of a roundabout with vehicles obscuring the view of lower lights and the raised lights not working.
Some have not lights working at all, some only red and not green/ amber so you cannot see when they are about to change to red.
It is only a matter of time before an accident will happen.
