No road marking to indicate a junction
30th July
This a junction where two roads meet bulls head lane and biggin ball crescent. The road markings are so pale / non existent due to the road being patched up over the years. It also has many cars parked on the junction due to there being a bakery and an Indian and newsagents on the corners. In the morning, vans visiting the bakery for breakfast just stop wherever making visibility when pulling out, impossible. Some are completely unaware that its a junction and just drive on through and out onto the other road without stopping and checking for traffic on biggin hall crescent. I have had many near misses on this junction. At the very least white lines across the junction so that people stop would be good, some double yellows on the bends to avoid parking on them would be appropriate too. Many thanks

NEEDED: New White lines/give way makings
29th July
The junction of Bulls head lane and Biggin Hall crescent is like a speed way.
The road markings are none existent when looking far away.
There are lots of small children in the area and we need that section of the road with prominent white markings to slow cars down.
Thank you

The cyclist phase of lights is being missed out
18th July
Into town this morning cycle phase missed following my arrival and waiting in what i might think of camera catchment area
Out of town about 45 mins later 2 of us are at the lights with another at into town lights. Cycle phase missed out AND ALL 3 crossed illegally at end of biggin hall crescent car egress phase.
People work round cap infra-structure by doing their own thing, taking risks etc AND SUCH BEHAVIOUR THEN BECOMES NORMALISED.
I have reported thes lights MANY TIMES.
Could the A team attend and fix this time please OR IF YOU ARE NOT FIXING IT LET PEOPLE KNOW SO THAT IT CAN BE ESCALATED, perhaps to Councillor OBoyle

Malfunctioning lights
15th July
It is my understanding the light change sequence is MEANT TO BE triggered by the arrival of cycleway traffic on binley road cycleway OR vehicular traffic egressing Biggin Hall Crescent VIA EXPENSIVE TRAFFIC DETECTION SENSORS. However i have seen as a pedestrian and a motorist several light change cycles in both a single and consecutive sequences WHEN THEIR ARE NO BICYCLES nor CARS EGRESSING BIGGIN HALL LANE such that Binley Road traffic stalls back to Brays Lane and also blocking church lane junction.
The section of Binley Road from Copsewood Terrace to Brays lane is tedious enough without traffic being delayed for absolutely no reason at all.
These SMART LIGHTS are renowned for doing their own thing! Please have them fixed, PROPERLY
