Temporary Traffic Lights - Poor Sequencing

The temporary traffic lights at the junction of High Street/Tachbrook Road/Lower Avenue have terrible sequencing and are causing huge traffic delays. On Saturday 9th August I estimated there were c.160 cars stuck in the traffic jams caused by these temporary traffic lights as I was trying to drive through. The contractor should be able to mimic the (effective) sequencing of the permanent traffic lights surely? There is only one lane on the Southern side of High Street to the East of the junction so it seems bizarre that temporary traffic lights are needed across the entire junction at all. Id be interested to know if County Highways are monitoring air pollution in this area as I would imagine its worse because of this.

Damaged/loose slabs

I have reported loose/damaged slabs on the parade a few times. I have noticed that someone has been around and marked the damaged /loose slabs as there is spray paint of different colours. What is going to be done(if anything)
As these are a health and safety risk And the slabs have been in the current state for a few years. A letter to the new council leader might be my next step
