There are ongoing works at 38 Oakfield House, Binswood Avenue, Leamington Spa, CV32 5GD.
On passing I noticed a trail of plster footprint marks on the pavement leading to the road gully in Beauchamp Road.
Looking into the gully it has been filled with surplus plaster.

Vegetation overgrown on narrow path

There are some brambles and tree branches growing onto the path connecting HIll Street (off emscote rd) and Beauchamp Rd.
It's a narrow path, difficult for mobility or wheelchair users as uphill and avoiding these is an additional challenge. It has been like this since June but worse now as summer growth

Manhole blocked outside cinema

Man holes blocked with mud and leaves along off street parking next to cinema. Standing water cant drain into the sewer. Standing water also collected on main road bottom of junction opposite the park land. All public drainage should be inspected and cleared in the areas reported.
