Hi The picture shows a rather makeshift sign erected on a wall advertising windmill hill brewery (unit14 neilston street cv31). I suspect this large sign should have been subject to a planning application? (The sign had previously been cable tied to some railings which is partly why Im suspicious). Lots of rubbish
16th April
Down the side of the Aga Rangemaster, end of Grove Place/East Grove is a dumping ground for rubbish. There was a temporary bin which has been removed- it would be good for a permanent one. I see street cleaners weekly around Alexandra Road, but they do not do around the Aga Rangemaster footpath/short cut, and litter has not been picked for months there. There are bin bags, clothes, a duvet, garden waste plus lots of cans/vape packets and litter. There were also 4 trees that were cut down for no apparent reason adding to the general dismay of that area.

NO action taken over the last 5 years
now accepted has normal.
One has only tp look at the pictures to see how this problem has now been allowed to worsen. This in turn as normalized the stretching of OPEN FRONTED gardens to be effectively be totally ignored. No enforcement action has been taken since first report years ago.
