Daily Flytipping from residents on Newdigate Road
19th July
Here we have the daily flytipping that goes on from residents of Newdigate Road that don't care about living in pig sty, they treat it like a rubbish dump and every day dump their crap onto the hot spots of Newdigate Road, dirty and unclean people, what is being done about it? Well nothing really as it has been going on for years! with the recent hot weather this causes really foul smell and attracts rats

Raised Beds not maintained
19th July
These raised beds in Colchester St are in terrible condition. Not maintained and full of weeds. Litter caught in them. Absolutely no point in creating lovely raised beds and then leaving them to go to waste. Adds to the general feeling of neglect. Colchester and Winchester streets could be great as no traffic but the Council neglect means no on else bothers to keep up standards.

The cyclist phase of lights is being missed out
18th July
Into town this morning cycle phase missed following my arrival and waiting in what i might think of camera catchment area
Out of town about 45 mins later 2 of us are at the lights with another at into town lights. Cycle phase missed out AND ALL 3 crossed illegally at end of biggin hall crescent car egress phase.
People work round cap infra-structure by doing their own thing, taking risks etc AND SUCH BEHAVIOUR THEN BECOMES NORMALISED.
I have reported thes lights MANY TIMES.
Could the A team attend and fix this time please OR IF YOU ARE NOT FIXING IT LET PEOPLE KNOW SO THAT IT CAN BE ESCALATED, perhaps to Councillor OBoyle

Wheelie bin maggots
16th July
Wheelie bin outside the hairdressers has a foul smell coming outside. There are maggots and rubbish on the pavement and the council need to address it or at least speak to owner of the hairdressers as they do not get rid of their rubbish accordingly

Malfunctioning lights
15th July
It is my understanding the light change sequence is MEANT TO BE triggered by the arrival of cycleway traffic on binley road cycleway OR vehicular traffic egressing Biggin Hall Crescent VIA EXPENSIVE TRAFFIC DETECTION SENSORS. However i have seen as a pedestrian and a motorist several light change cycles in both a single and consecutive sequences WHEN THEIR ARE NO BICYCLES nor CARS EGRESSING BIGGIN HALL LANE such that Binley Road traffic stalls back to Brays Lane and also blocking church lane junction.
The section of Binley Road from Copsewood Terrace to Brays lane is tedious enough without traffic being delayed for absolutely no reason at all.
These SMART LIGHTS are renowned for doing their own thing! Please have them fixed, PROPERLY

Damaged and Uneven Brickwork – Junction Outside Foleshill Mini Market
13th July
The brick road surface at the junction near Foleshill Mini Market is severely uneven and sunken in the middle. Several bricks are loose, cracked, or missing, and the surrounding kerbs and paving are misaligned. This has become a hazard for both drivers and pedestrians.
The dip in the middle is already causing damage to vehicles and poses a risk of trips and falls. Can this area be inspected and resurfaced urgently?

The motorcycle only parking is being used by cars.
10th July
An area has now been designated as parking for motorcycles only but cars are using it. It needs some form of barrier to prevent cars parking there and places where the motorcycles can be secured to as it is easy for a lorry with a hoist to pick up and steal them.
