Trees overgrown covering lampposts

The trees are overgrown and cover the street lights at the entrance of the road. At night its very dark and with limited light its not very safe when walking. The councils contractor only mows the verge and then sit in their van for a hour on phones. They refuse to cut back the bushes and trees to improve access

The grass hasn't been cut since April and very overgrown. Due to the recent weather it is now really dry, it's a fire hazard. The road is the only entrance and exist to around 30 houses putting several houses and lives at risk if the road was blocked by a fire.

Overgrown bushes and nettles. The public footpath is overgrown with bushes and nettles. Plus the footpath is ridiculous narrow. Its that narrow you have to side step along it so as not to injure your arms/elbows. This needs addressing asap.
