Two silver birch trees leaning towards house & powerlines
16th July
Two silver birch trees on WNC land are causing considerate concern to the neighbouring house owners as they are leaning towards their houses. The trees are outside 14 Rugby Rd, Barby They sway significantly in the wind causing concern that they may fall onto roofs, cause damage to properties and bring down powerlines & phone lines (which the trees are very close to). They border a footpath & shed bark onto it, making the surface slippery & lower branches overhand causing a hazard to pedestrians

Footpath in front of 52 Rugby road and 54 is damaged and tends to flood and get muddy
28th May
The footpath has been deteriorating for the last 1 year. I think the residents of 52 Rugby Road are using the grass to drive into their house without dropping the curb. This has damaged the footpath and it is becoming worse day by day. When it rains, the footpath is flooded with sticky mud from the driveway.
