Obscene amount of potholes on the side of the road and in the middle
24th November
There are tremendous potholes down this road, making it so only one car can pass at a time. If you were to squeeze two cars down, you are risking damaging your vehicle as the sides of the road are hazardous, the middle of the road is bad enough too. Please can we get this road completely resurfaced. Its so dangerous, especially with winter approaching.

Verge not reinstated after footpath resurfacing
18th October
When the footpaths were resurfaced in 2019 along Mains Street, Grandborough the edge of the verge to the new path edge was not made good or leveled out. Before the contractor concluded they said these verge edges would be tidied up and reseeded with grass, but this work never happened. Also the verge outside the property called Tanglewood on Main Street was where materials and equipment was left during the work and there are a couple of deep ruts that are a hazzard. The lady who lives in Tanglewood has decided it is now too risky to cut the grass on this verge, which she has done for nearly 50 years, because of state of the ground on the verge outside her property.

Debris in water meter reading access points
15th October
3 Meadow Cottages and 2 Meadow cottages. When the paths were resurfaced in Main Street, Grandborough in 2019 debris from carrying out this work fell into the chamber where our water meters are, covering up the meter. Severn Trent say they are unable to read our water meters because of all the debris in the chamber and so they cannot bill for water used, the alternative is to go to the standard rate without readings. Please could this dbris be removed from our water meter chambers.

Drain cover collapse in verge
could be hazard to horse riders
The cover of a manhole or drain has collapsed in the verge is not that obvious and as horse riders frequently use this road if they have to go off the road for traffic a horse could put a leg into the exposed opening causing an accident.
