Here we have the daily flytipping that goes on from residents of Newdigate Road that don't care about living in pig sty, they treat it like a rubbish dump and every day dump their crap onto the hot spots of Newdigate Road, dirty and unclean people, what is being done about it? Raised Beds not maintained

These raised beds in Colchester St are in terrible condition. Not maintained and full of weeds. Litter caught in them. Absolutely no point in creating lovely raised beds and then leaving them to go to waste. Adds to the general feeling of neglect. Colchester and Winchester streets could be great as no traffic but the Council neglect means no on else bothers to keep up standards.
