This rubbish has been here for a number of months, it is a total eyesore for that area of Spon End. It would take about 30 to 60 minutes to clear up, this would make the area look better.

A ton of plaster board that has been dumped behind The Halal Centre on Trinity Street. It's been there for about 3 days.
I do believe that the owners of The Halal Center as I seen evidence of building work as they had the delivery entrance open

From windsor street to the cycling lane. some short parts are recently resurfaced, but other parts have just variety of different patches, rough and tricky to ride bike, especially close to the turning point into bike lane. i think it is time to resurface whole meadow street or other part(s)

Bins & rubbish bags left on the pavement

I reported this problem last year, the Council put warning stickers on the bins which worked for a short while. But now the bins are left on the pavement permanently making it very difficult for disabled people & pushchairs to pass. When the bins are due for collection the smell is very unpleasant.

Raised Beds not maintained

These raised beds in Colchester St are in terrible condition. Not maintained and full of weeds. Litter caught in them. Absolutely no point in creating lovely raised beds and then leaving them to go to waste. Adds to the general feeling of neglect. Colchester and Winchester streets could be great as no traffic but the Council neglect means no on else bothers to keep up standards.
