Footpath is missing/overgrown or it's good idea to make it

I would like to suggest a footpath between B4113 and rectory drive/dalton road (under)bridge, it would be an alternative greener route, it may existed before, because i walked it several times, but it is almost impassable and challenging, and i will not walk it again, it would be connected to the footpath after (under)bridge, because it is passable and connected to the bedworth bypass and heath road, etc., currently i have to walk along rectory drive, and climb on the (under)bridge and walk to the bedworth bypass, etc.. also i would suggest a footpath, where (dismantled) railway was, to walk it's deapest area, Rugby town has something similar, for example, it could be just cleared from vegetation and rubbish. also, i would like to ask you to walk around and inspect wider area of railway and nearby, and clean litter and flytipping. thank you

Approximately half the width of path is unusable

Over a several hundred meter stretch of the footpath leading up to the railway bridge, approximately half of the width of the path is taken up by a built up bank of dirt, as well as plants growing in it and a hedge. It's difficult for two pedestrians to walk past each other without once coming dangerously close to the road which I believe has a 50mph speed limit. It's even worse if someone is travelling down the hill at speed on a bike on the footpath.

People parking right by junction

People are parking within 10 metres of the junction just off of West Avenues road and because they are parking here, it is causing an obstruction to seeing the road on the right hand side with clear view. This makes it extremely dangerous as people fly down this road more than 30mph and could cause a crash.

Obstructing parking

The truck has been parked there for the ast few weeks and I live in furnace close which is off furnace roads and the truck is obstructing our view pulling out of our close and it wont be long before an accident occurs and there are a few elderly drivers on the close .

Once again the trip rail fence surrounding the grassed area between Derwent Rd and The Mews in Bedworth is down due to the fact it has never been repaired properly. The posts are rotten and no amount of poor repairs will change that. The debris is now scattered around including in the road.
