Using traffic cones to save parking spaces

A couple of houses along the road use traffic cones to save parking spaces. The main one that bothers us if number 33. They use a cone for outside their house but still park a second vehicle outside my house. They also have garages to use.

Overgrown hedges obstructing road

Hi, there are two large hedges that are overgrown and impeding vehicles as they travel along the road. They have grown about 1 metre into the road. Located opposite to number 3 and 7. Kids play on the grassed area and the bushes are also restricting the vision and kids have run out from behind them.

On a walk the 3 x cars park the path with wheelie bins on the path too , I at to pull the wheelie bins out the way to get by or walk on the road , lac of care of the car owners , parking on the path is one thing but to leave bins on the path with the cars is taking up the path to walk by

Illegal parking on bend and footpath

There are cars parking on the bend and foot path that is causing a danger to pesetas they cannot pass on the pavement and therefore use the road. The cars also block the special slabs to support blind/ partially sighted people to cross the road. Can some double yellow lines be put in this street to stop unacceptable parking? This could be done in the entire road to support with access

The footpath outside number 15 the leys has been removed and taken over by the people at number 15. They have also placed some concrete bollards that obstruct and are on the right of way. This needs to be re made into a foot path.

Needs Slow Down Signs

On either side by St Francis Academy on Rye Piece Ringway, there is a requirement for go slow signs as vehicles drive very fast up and down the hill. Ideally it would be a pair of signs that show the speed of the cars, it can be solar powered.
The area by the piece podium is 20mph unnecessarily, why isnt it by the school, granted there is a crossing there but its a very busy corner. People need to slow down. Its only a matter of time.

This is unacceptable, 20 years or more ago the council maintained this gully and now its a ghastly site. Some of people in the houses are mowing parts of this one and the other one on the same road.

Over grown vegetation in Gully

This is unacceptable, 20 years or more ago the council maintained this gully and now its a ghastly site. So much its creeping on to the pavement. This is one of two gullys on the same street. I will report the second one separately.
